Thermia services

Thermia provides services to consumers, companies and organisations, such as MyThermia, Thermia Professional Services and Thermia Connected Services (“Thermia Services”). In addition, we also manufacture heat pumps, control cabinets and devices (“Thermia devices”) that can be used either on their own or in combination with Thermia services.

When you use Thermia services, we collect data from your Thermia devices and the digital devices you use to access the services. This data is collected using functionality that is part of the underlying software of Thermia services and Thermia devices.

The data collected includes both personal data and non-personal data. The extent to which such data contains personal data depends on various factors, including whether the user is a natural or legal person.

The data collected includes the following:

-        Data about your use of Thermia services and Thermia devices, such as when you use a feature in a Thermia service to send a command to a Thermia device.

-        Data generated by Thermia services and Thermia devices, such as data for automatic control of your Thermia device.

-        Data relating to Thermia devices and devices used to access the service, such as the device’s MAC address.

-        Data about how users interact with applications that provide access to Thermia services.

We use the data collected to provide Thermia services and for other legitimate purposes, such as maintaining information security and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. Data on how you interact with applications that provide access to Thermia services may, to a limited extent, also be used to produce anonymised statistics on the use of the applications.
